Refund Policy
Products are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.
Any faulty or incorrectly supplied products are fully returnable as per "our Guarantee". Where possible a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event of your item arriving faulty we will exchange only if:
- item is damaged
- item is defective
- you notify us witin 7 days
- in the unlikely event your item cannot be exchanged we will offer you a refund
- all refund does not include postage price
We will do our best to resolve any problem as soon as possible.
